Fran O’Neill teaches a 3-Day Drawing Intensive from April 26-28 here in Portland. As an instructor at the Art Student League of New York and the Marathon Program of the New York Studio School, O’Neill will work with participants as they push their ability to observe and perceive the world and relate that to their drawing.
